Common walls between units have double 2x4 construction with a ½ gap between the two walls and 2 layers of R-11 insulation. Total wall thickness is 8 ¾ inches which includes a layer 0f 5/8” fire rated drywall on each side

Exterior walls are 2x6 construction

The first floor is studded with 2x6 steel studs for additional support

Attic insulation will be R-38 rated

Fire Sprinkler system throughout the interior space (except garages) per 13R requirements
